It will be easier to communicate, you’ll feel calmer when facing stressful situations, and be able to prevent (or quickly correct) misunderstandings.
Next we will explore our amazing brain and nervous system. Understanding our physical bodies can help us to uncover why we experience emotions like anxiety, guilt, and fear. This day will guide you to identify and challenge limiting beliefs or subconscious patterns holding you back from reaching your potential.
We will do an exercise to help us shift those negative emotions into positive ones in line with Bible principles. This may result in a shift in priorities, a healthier mindset, new goals and a happier version of YOU.
You will leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and excited about life again!
